A Few of My Favorite Things
The Love “Shack”
Nothing really out of the ordinary has happened with Chief and me as of late, mostly due to my horrible illness that I’ve been battling the past two weeks. I thought I’d make of a list of my favorite things and “things for him to work on” just to get inspired:
FAVORITES
- Keeps me warm at night even though I cough and keep him awake
- Keeps the dog away from me while I’m trying to work
- Lets me do whatever I want with regards to the wedding, and even humors me with “Oh yeah, that’s great.”
- Watches chic flicks with me once in awhile
- Comes home every night straight from work
- Loves his grandma
- Mows, edges and trims the yard
- Loves the dogs unconditionally
- Pays all the bills, and does it on time
- Tells me I can quit working anytime now
THINGS FOR HIM TO WORK ON
- Laundry landmines in the living room
- Cleaning his guns in the white kitchen
- Being on the internet way too much
- Not wanting to do the bridal registry because they didn’t have a scanner gun for him to hold
- Being messy in general
- Procrastination
- Not understanding that just because I’m emotional and a woman doesn’t make me a crazy woman. At least not every time.
