The Portrait of An Evil Ex

Hey moms, it's that time of year again!  The time where the school district expects a wide open wallet full of cash!  That's right, It's picture and fundraiser time!  I never thought of that when I was in the middle of the divorce or when it was child support time. 

They don't give you tips on how to handle this in the handbooks.  My ex decided he wasn't going to help pay for pictures, but he would be happy to have one if I had any extras. 

In other words, when his new woman has pics of her kids hanging up and my daughter goes over to their house and there isn't a pic of her on the wall, he can say it was because mommy wouldn't give him any. 

So I fell for the manipulation.  I ordered $33.00 worth of school pictures, $22.00 worth of soccer pictures, and $25.00 in useless fundraiser crap that is never what you think you are getting when you order it.  Daddy spent $0.00!  You gotta love it. 
 
On to the next topic of annoyance for me.  My ex-mother-in-law.  Need I say more?  She NEVER made our family a priority.  She hardly ever came to our house, only went to one sporting event and gave us broken thrift store items as gifts.  Not because it was all she could afford, but because she didn't really care. 

Anyways, she goes to the den of adultery all the time.  She has dinner over there.  She helped them have a yard sale and sold MY STUFF!  She has embraced the, forgive me Lord, whore!  She even goes to the kids' soccer games and sits next to "her." 

Am I jealous?  Maybe, I'm not really sure what it is.  I did a lot for my in-laws.  I'm not looking for a pat on the back, just a little respect.  She won't even look at me.  Did I mention she buys them real gifts?  That my friends is a true monster-in-law.
 
The next topic of scorn is the ex's pursuit of knowledge.  He has been telling me that he is "going to school" and won't be able to pick our daughter up from school on his weekends.  The truth is he is going for "job training" where he works VERY part time. 
Oooh!  I was hoping he'd increase his income by 20% so the Domestic Relations Gods can bend him over.  No such luck.  His "schooling" hasn't gotten in the way of him picking up his girlfriend's kids though.  So I don't look like a real bitch, he has to drive past our daughter's school and our house to pick up the other kids.
